Do you feel anxious or depressed? Maybe you’re not even sure why. But you’re here because you’re ready to make a change in your life and your relationships.

And I’m here to help.

Clients describe me as someone who’s compassionate but direct and straightforward. I have over 12 years of experience as a therapist helping people develop self-awareness, healthy boundaries, and good communication. These skills help us:

  • Work through anxiety and depression

  • Overcome hurts from childhood

  • Build the life and relationships we want

What to Expect

Your First Appointment

  • We’ll talk about what you’re going through that brought you to therapy.

  • We’ll work together to set goals for your treatment.

Later Appointments

  • You’ll have a chance to process any issues that have come up for you recently.

  • We’ll practice skills to help you cope with your current situation and learn to regulate your nervous system so you feel safe.

  • I’ll usually give you homework so you can continue your growth between appointments.

When You’re Ready

  • Once you’ve developed stronger coping skills and a sense of psychological safety, it’s time to deal with childhood hurts or trauma.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and PTSD. I do not see children or couples.

You may not be sure what approach to therapy is right for you. That’s okay! If you tell me a bit about what you’re going through, we can talk about what might help. If needed, I can refer you to someone who might be a better fit for your needs.

Therapeutic Approaches

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT helps us identify and challenge negative beliefs that we have about ourselves and the world.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)

DBT helps us manage intense emotions and improve relationships through mindfulness and acceptance.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy focuses on the connection between our minds and bodies to help release trauma and regulate emotions.

Don’t have insurance?

My self-pay rate is $150 and I offer an income-based sliding scale if that’s a barrier.
